Homemade Pizza
150g Bread flour

6g Sugar
4g Instant dry yeast

Cover and boil for 10 minutes
10 minutes later

Adjust to taste with salt and sugar
Sprinkle with pepper
You can use it right away in this state, but
If you finely grind it with a blender
Perfect pizza sauce
1 hour after fermentation
